To win big in life, the solution is simple. Go overboard…do everything you can to overwhelm, over-deliver, and overcompensate, and you will overcome any obstacle that stands between you and the goal you desire.

About 10 days ago I saw their job advertisement for Supply Chain Executive on Rosee.pk for Chase up Gujranwala. I apply through it but I also think that I should also visit Chase up to personally drop my resume.

From the start, I was feeling that it’s excessively simple for me to go to the Chase Up and meet with the HR Manager by and by to handover my resume. However, when I enter the their HR office abruptly everything occurs against my opinion. There is nobody at the reception. I have to wait for the receptionist for almost 45 minutes. From that point forward, the recreationist comes to reception I went to him and inquired as to whether I needed to meet the HR Manager. He addressed that as indicated by our policy no outsider is permitted to meet the administration. He asked me for what valid reason I needed to meet him. I addressed him that I needed to give him my Resume since I have seen that there is an opportunity for a Supply Chain executive at Chase up. He said that give me the resume and I will handover that Resume to him. He was conversing with me in an exceptionally discourteous way. I gave over my resume to him. Without perusing that continue he simply tosses that resume to a rack behind him where right around a ton of resumes are kept previously and heads off to some place else without any further details.

“Going the extra mile is the habit of champions…it’s the key behavior that separates the professionals from the amateurs, and the champs form the chumps.”

The main thing I gained from this experience is that consistently do your best into your life whatever you are doing. Just by putting efforts and going the extra mile, you can accomplish your definitive objective. I face a great deal of difficulties, for example, hanging tight for that receptionist and the impolite conduct of that individual. I conquer those challenges by waiting for the receptionist and by talking in a polite manner with him. I will attempt to persuade the receptionist first to permit me to meet the HR Manager yet all things considered, in the event that they don’t permit me I will be amenable or sit tight and wait for the HR Manager till their off time. Others can learn from my experience that at whatever point you go to some firm to drop your resume one thing you generally need to recollect is that on the off chance that you need to sit tight for HR or another administration people out there then you should sit and hang tight for him and attempt to be considerate because if you get polite with them they will listen.
